Bob Vogel – President/CEO
After graduating from college in 1973, I worked at another bank for a few years. I came to work for my father at New Market Bank in 1975. In 1978, I purchased his interest in the insurance agency. He then decided to semi-retire in 1981 and I purchased his shares in the bank. Since then I have been the bank’s CEO. From 2002 to 2008 I served on the Scott County Board of Commissioners and currently am the Chair for the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee. Over the past 30 years I've had the opportunity to serve on a variety of civic and volunteer committees. In my free time I enjoy going up to the cabin with my family, and playing with my two Granddaughters.
Dan Ringstad – Senior Vice President
I started at New Market Bank in 1986. I work out of the Lake Marion office and handle real estate and commercial lending along with business development. I am a member of the Rotary Club and involved in different community projects. In my free time I enjoy playing baseball and watching sports with my family and friends.
Anita Vogel-Drentlaw – EVP/CFO
I have been in the banking industry for 10 years. Two of those years were spent serving community banks as a public accountant and the other eight have been with New Market Bank. I am currently the EVP/CFO which includes managing the operations of the bank as well as overseeing the financial aspects of the business. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband and two little girls. I also love to scrapbook and dance.
Gwen Mahowald – Branch Manager
I have been with New Market Bank for the past 8 years and I am currently the Branch Manager at the Kenrick Corner branch. I have worn many hats in my 20+ years of banking, from bookkeeping to lending, but the one thing that I enjoy the most is being able to aid customers with their financial needs. Some of my interests include tennis, biking with my parents & eating dinner out with family & friends.
Karen Vogel-Ramola – Branch Manager
I have been in banking for about 7 years with 5 of those years at New Market Bank. I am proud to say that I am the fourth generation at New Market Bank. I am the Branch Manager of our New Market office. I also supervise the tellers and the customer service representatives and concentrate on the bank's marketing items. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and scrap booking with family and friends.
Christy Osgar – Branch Manager
I have been with New Market Bank for about 4 years. My branch is Lake Marion in Lakeville. I really love being a part of a small, community bank! I feel at home here and I really enjoy helping customers find the account(s) that fit them best and helping to answer all their questions! When I'm not working I love to spend time with my husband, our families and friends, along with reading, going out to the movies, camping, fishing, and dancing.
Tammy Robinette – Branch Manager
I have been in the banking industry for 20 years with 1 of them being at New Market Bank. I have been in many rolls in Community Banks/Credit Unions from Teller, Banker, Loan Operations Manager to Branch Manager. I am the Branch Manager at the Prior Lake location. In my free time I love to go camping, 4 wheeling and spending time with my husband and 4 children.
Robin Martin – Senior Operations Assistant
I have been working at NMB for over 15 years. I currently work in Operations Dept at the New Market Office as a Senior Operations Assistant. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my Grandchildren, camping and going to NASCAR races.
Linda Johnson – Customer Service Specialist/Head Teller
I have been in banking for 15 years; five of those years have been spent with New Market Bank. I am a Customer Service Specialist/Head Teller. This means I can do anything from simple transactions at the teller window to opening any type of account you may need. I am located at our Kenrick Corner branch in Lakeville. I am married to an amazing man, a very proud mom of three children: two daughters and a son, and I also have the privilege of knowing what it feels like to be a Grandma!!! I enjoy reading, scrap booking, gardening and spending any spare time with family and friends.
Joanne Wagner – Head Teller
My banking career began in 1972 as a part-time teller in Lakeville for a Savings & Loan. Following that period, my husband and I operated a dairy farm for 23 years while raising our four children. I came back to banking once again in 2001 in my current head teller position at the Lake Marion in Lakeville. I thoroughly enjoy visiting with and meeting new and current customers alike, learning about their families, vacations, etc. Any free time is spent with my husband, Tom, our four children and three grandchildren traveling, gardening, church activities, and friends. Stop in anytime to visit and get to know us.
Ashley Pexa– Teller
I have been in banking for four years now. I enjoy my surroundings at work and I am very thankful to be where I am in life. In a few months, I will be an Auntie and I cannot wait! Also, in my spare time I enjoy listening to music, creating projects, and spending time with my loved ones.
