New Market Bank began business on June 10, 1905, and has continuously served the area as an independent bank for nearly a century. The New Market location continues to occupy the office built in 1913 by Arnold Vogel, grandfather of the bank's current president Bob Vogel. Since 1988 the bank has added three offices, two located in Lakeville and one in Prior Lake, and has expanded beyond traditional banking to include a full range of mortgage, financial, and insurance services. Our focus is to be a community bank offering personalized service, and to remain independent by not becoming part of a larger banking or financial company.
